Peer39 acquired Adloox to give advertisers consistent, independent quality signals across every major platform. Peer39 already provided that signal across CTV and the open web. Adloox provides it inside DV360, Amazon, and Meta, while adding MRC-accredited measurement for Viewability and Invalid Traffic (IVT), delivering trusted, independently verified quality standards.

The two companies have worked closely together since Adloox joined Peer39's Contextual Data Marketplace as one of its early partners. This acquisition is unique in the industry because of that foundation of genuine familiarity.

As a current Adloox customer, do I need to change my DV360 or Meta setup when I move to Peer39?
No.

Can I activate Peer39 segments and Adloox brand suitability segments in the same DV360 campaign?
Immediately, Peer39 customers can leverage pre- and post-bid brand safety, viewability, and fraud detection in DV360 via Adloox’s integration. The name of the controls will not say Peer39 until the names have been updated from the Scope3 segments. We will be working to bring all of the additional services together and additional Peer39 segments to our new partners.

Will Adloox's IVT and viewability data show up inside my existing Peer39 reporting dashboard?
Yes, this will be available in the Peer39 UI soon.
