What This Privacy Policy Covers
Peer39, Inc. (“Peer39″ or “we”) produced this privacy policy to demonstrate its firm commitment to the online privacy of Internet users.
This document describes Peer39′s privacy practices on our corporate website (www.peer39.com) (the “Website”) and in connection with our core technology and collection and use consumer data.
Information We Collect And How We Use It
Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information (“PII”) is information that can be used to identify an individual consumer, for example, a person’s name, home address, email address, or phone number.
Peer39 does not collect or store PII through the Website or in its current business or technology practices.
Non-Personally Identifiable Consumer Data (Cookies and Data Tags)
Other websites employ “cookies” (small packets of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier) and “beacons” (invisible files or data tags located on web pages you visit) that websites send to the user’s browser and store on the user’s hard drive. The websites then use the cookies and beacons to recognize the user’s computer.
Peer39 does not use cookies or beacons in its core technology.
Peer39 has developed proprietary semantic advertising technology that provides page level intelligence that accurately and efficiently matches online ads to third party website page content. The company’s patented natural language processing and machine learning algorithms are able to derive quality, safety, language and category attributes from third party web pages, thus empowering networks, exchanges, publishers, sell side platforms (SSPs), demand side platforms (DSPs) and emerging advertising platforms to boost monetization. By processing tens of thousands of URLs per second and enabling over 3 billion ad requests daily, Peer39 provides a cookie-less data solution built to address the real-time needs of today’s online advertising ecosystem.
Peer39 does not use cookies or web beacons in deriving their attributes, and Peer39 does not rely upon or incorporate internet users’ information or data in its core technology.
Peer39 uses some third party analytics technology which may employ the use of cookies or beacons to collect aggregated information about the Website. The analytics technology does not collect any PII and Peer39 employs the technology to understand how users interface with the Website.
Opt-Out
Because Peer39 does not maintain cookies or web beacons, there is no need for users to opt-out of cookie or beacon use in connection with Peer39.
Users always have the option to prevent the use of cookies on their computers by changing the setting on their Internet browsers to block cookies, or they can visit the Network Advertising Initiatives (NAI’s) home page to learn more about their options located here: http://www.networkadvertising.org
Third Party Sites.
Peer39′s Website may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet, and other websites may contain links to the Website. These other websites are not under Peer39′s control and Peer39 is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites. Third party websites are not governed by this Privacy Policy unless specifically stated therein.

Peer39 may find it necessary to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will conspicuously note any material changes and post the changes both in this privacy policy and our homepage. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
