The ATF Index is divided into three attributes that relate to the likeliness of the ad unit being viewed: High, Medium and Low. You can use the ATF index to appropriately value placements and bid accordingly to get the most out of every display buy.
When setting up a campaign in which ATF Index is needed, it is recommended to add this targeting at the creative level.
